The owners and staff at MyWay in St Louis are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Our move was unpredictable and required several changes, including adding and subtracting pods, and accessing pods over several days' time. Service was efficient, friendly, and on time. When I needed a way for movers to repack items in inclement weather, I was provided an extra empty pod for the day. James and Rick couldn't have been more accommodating or understanding. I highly recommend this service!
We used My Way for almost a year fist having them drop-off a container at our old home and then moving it to our new house. They were great after comparing prices they were most reasonable. The customer service people were willing to explain the various options polite, definitely understand the word Customer in Customer Service Those dropping off, moving and final pickup of the container were top-notch - it was great having the container on-site to unload and sort instead of having to go to a distant location for storage - I highly recommend them for your short term storage needs --- Christine
